SMS Consent

1. Evolve and Elevate Alerts

Evolve and Elevate Alerts is an optional recurring text-message program operated by Evolve and Elevate Media Development. This page explains the program and your choices. Visiting this page, creating an account, or accepting our general Terms and Conditions does not enroll you in text messages.

2. How You Opt In

If SMS enrollment is offered in the Services, you may opt in only by providing your mobile number and affirmatively selecting the separate, optional SMS consent control presented with the enrollment disclosure, or by using another clearly identified opt-in method provided by us. The SMS consent control is separate from account registration and is not selected for you.

You must be the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and must notify us if that number changes. Consent is not a condition of purchase, account creation, or use of the Services. This disclosure page does not itself collect a mobile number or enroll you in the program.

3. SMS Opt-In Disclosure

By separately opting in, you authorize Evolve and Elevate to send recurring automated transactional text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may concern account or security notices, workout reminders, plan or trainer invitations, in-app training-message alerts, service updates, and customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Messages You May Receive

Depending on your activity and notification preferences, messages may include:

• Account, authentication, fraud-prevention, or security notices.
• Workout, schedule, and activity reminders you request.
• Workout-plan, trainer, client, or relationship invitations and updates.
• Alerts that an in-app training message or service notification is waiting.
• Service, support, and customer-care communications.

Promotional or marketing text messages, if offered, require a separate express written opt-in that clearly identifies that purpose. Consent to transactional alerts does not by itself authorize marketing messages.

5. Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, requested reminders, and notification preferences. Message and data rates may apply.Your wireless provider's rates and terms govern any charges.

6. How to Stop Messages or Get Help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. We will not send additional program messages unless you later provide a new valid opt-in.

Reply HELP for help or email fate@evolveelevatemedia.com. We may also provide notification controls within the Services when SMS enrollment is available.

7. Mobile Information and Consent Privacy

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Communications providers may process mobile information only as needed to deliver and support the messaging program for us. They may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for additional information.

8. Delivery and Availability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery and program availability are not guaranteed and may depend on your device, wireless provider, coverage, and account status. We may change or discontinue the program and will provide notice when required.
